Mac-Catering Owner and Head Chef - Mac
Born in 1975, my interest in cooking began as a child. My first catering experience - at the tender age of seven - consisted of serving sausage and handmade chips on Mother's Day! Since that day I have been extremely passionate about food!
I have been a professional chef since 1990 and you will always find me in the kitchen trying to create something new and tasty. I have worked for a multitude of well known establishments in London and learnt, from the best, how to create special events for everyone and every occaision.
Now, alongside my team, I would love to use our incredible skills and present our delicious food for your event! Our team of qualified professionals will cater for your every occasion – whether it is morning teas, corporate working lunches, cocktail events, formal buffets or plated dinners... we can make your event a great success.
